I have been coming here for service for a few years now and always have a great experience. The prices are cheap compared to the non dealership service joints and actually the parts quality is better than those places too. The service people take their time and listen to your concerns. The techs are remarkable as well and will let you know if anything of concern is needed to be looked into. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't done so already.

I want to say a bit THANK YOU to everyone at Fury Motors of Stillwater for the wonderful service. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. Coming into Fury I was immediately greeted by Julia with a smile asking how she could help me. John Affolter was the sales person I worked with and he was extremely kind, patient and easy to work with. I was able to drive out with the vehicle I wanted that night. The next day I had to drop a couple of pieces of paper off and everyone that I worked with greeted me like we had know each other forever. Heather in service called me that morning to schedule getting a second key made for me and they were able to fit me in while I was dropping off the paperwork! After buying vehicles from numerous other dealerships and not liking the experience I was hesitant to even work with another dealership, But Fury Motors of Stillwater was easy, efficient, kind and I am very happy with my purchase. I also would like to thank Mikki for her kindness and Blaine for making financing easy!!!

Went in to this dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership. Bassel N. was great. He took the time to go over my all options. I ultimately chose a car that wasn’t on the lot yet and he kept me updated until the car arrived. I felt zero pressure and I also felt confident in my decision to purchase from him and Fury. My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator Mojave for Fury Stillwater (not our first Jeep purchase from them). Totally love it! Great experience at Fury Motors in Stillwater! Tom, Mickey, and the entire team went above and beyond t assist my family at a difficult time. My 85 year old father no longer able to drive had a like new 2021 HD Ram Hemi to get rid of. We met with Tom and an extremely fair offer was agreed upon in about 25 minutes and I was on my way. Fury took care of satisfying the loan and picked up a check the next day for my dad. Very sympathetic to our situation and made it all as easy as possible, even got a hug or 2❤️. Well done Fury Motors!!

We were traveling from Michigan and our new jeep sent us a warning we needed an oil change. We contacted the closest jeep dealer which was fury motors and they got us in right away and even got the tires rotated. In and out In less than an hour. Nice, clean facility and friendly staff. Great experience.

Very happy with my first time experience at their service department. My car had an issue that a few other repair shops could not diagnose. The technician quickly found the problem, resolved it and helped explain to me the source. I’m happy also with Nicole, Service Advisor. She was professional, and had excellent communication. I found my new go to for my auto maintenance and repairs.

This is our 7th purchase of a van from Fury. In all of the previous purchases we never got to meet or speak to the sales manager. This time John introduced us to sales manager Mikky. At the end of our discussion of purchasing another van we said “no it’s not in our budgeted amount”. Later that same week Mikky called us with another offer. After more discussions with Mikky a purchase was worked out to fit our budget. Many thanks to Mikky and John for helping us purchase the Pacifica. We are adjusting to its Town and Country differences and thoroughly enjoying it

Worked with Bassel Nassar who did a great job in helping me get in and out as quickly and possible with an amazing truck. He went the extra mile in explaining features and options. The next day he called me to see how things were going with the new truck and arranged for me to get the old truck I traded in squared away with service. On a personal note, he charged my phone while we did paperwork and even had some goodies for the kiddos when I went in the next day. Great guy and great help. I highly recommend!!

The car buying experience is top notch. We’ve bought 3 new vehicles in the last 3 years. The sales people treated us like part of the family. Everything was open and transparent, no back office discussions. The sales managers spoke to us openly and directly. The finance manager was also great to deal with. Again, signing all the paperwork was painless. All the financing details were explained to us in language we could understand. My wife and I are glad we made the decision to go back to Fury Stillwater. The team there made it so we drove away with a smile and a great feeling about our new car, again. I would highly recommend someone asking for him if they’re looking for a new vehicle from this dealership. The sales manager at the dealership, Mikki was also wonderful. The overall experience was the best I have had while purchasing a new vehicle. I will be returning for any future vehicle needs. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota sequoia from the Stillwater location. Luke Schaffhausen was my salesperson. Took the time to explain the process and go over a few of the features of the vehicle. I am making this review under my own volition and definitely not reading from a script printed from a dot matrix printer. Blane was phenomenal and did everything in his power to get me the best rates for my financing. Most people don't know but he is also easily top ten karaoke singers in the upper Midwest. Luke made it quick and painless and made sure I asked all the questions I needed to make the right decision for me. The service department did a great job on my new Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve. I am very picky, and there was a subtle cosmetic issue on the inside of the vehicle. They were careful and meticulous to ensure it was fixed right. It looks great now! Very impressive work!

When our new 2022 Pacifica was T-Boned by a red-light runner and replacement parts were on back order, we needed a used Pacifica for travel plans. Brad at Fury found a 2021 Pacifica in their inventory, got it to Stillwater, and we bought it the next day. Fury worked around the couple days delay we needed to get funds transferred, fixed a couple of small problems, and had us on the road meeting our travel plans. Everyone at Fury seemed to want to help us out. Which is no surprise. We have been buying vehicles from Fury for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed with the assistance we have gotten, from selecting options to taking delivery. Every employee we have encountered at Stillwater Fury go out of their way to help. We especially appreciated Brad, Mikki, Julie, and Nicole.

We recently took ownership of a 2022 Pacifica from Fury, our 7th vehicle from them. We ordered the Pacifica from the factory and Brad, the Fury Sales Rep, was very knowledgeable of options and equipment. He was upfront about factory delivery delays (parts and materials) and kept us informed of factory progress. Vehicle pickup was easy once it arrived, as Fury had everything ready. The trade in of our 2017 was simple and quick. The required paperwork for the sale, trade in, financing and extended warranty went smoothly. Chad did an amazing job helping me purchase my new Jeep! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very attentive. He'd respond to text messages at any hour of the day. I've never purchased a vehicle through Fury but because of Chad, I would definitely do it again! Blaine in finance was also amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately after a little while, there happened to be an issue with the touch screen in the vehicle, and even though I signed off "as is", they fixed the screen at no charge which they absolutely did NOT need to do, but stepped up. I could not be more thankful for their caring attitude; it seemed like a happy customer was much more important than money, which is exactly what I wanted in a dealership. Thank you Chad, Blaine, & team for my new beautiful Jeep!

Super friendly, advises maintenance needs honestly and with no pressure... just all around easy-going and efficient service. I recently purchased Jeep Wrangler from Stillwater Fury to replace my wife’s 10 year old Jeep. I was pleasantly surprised. 10 years ago I received a much better deal elsewhere. This time they were very competitive. I decided to trade in old Jeep and received more than I thought I would get. Overall I was very happy with the purchase and my wife loves her Jeep.

I do have to add that i was under the impression that my extended warranty included undercoating my new vehicle. There were a lot of numbers thrown around and changed to get you to agree to a package. I pointed to the package I wanted with the belief that the undercoating was included. That was the one thing that I wanted. Very disappointed that I was told two days later that it was not included. My wife was there and also believed that the undercoating was included. Make sure at the end you throw all the numbers and scratching out of the way and only look at exactly what you want, what you are getting and the total cost.

They always tell me things I might need to have done not now but in the future AND what to watch for to alert me. They’ve always done great work at reasonable prices. UPDATE 8/11/26 I have had this truck for 1.5 months.....the air ride is so sweet. You drive on the highway you feel no bounce back. This 3.0l v6 HO with the twin turbo took a little to get used to. (540hp 510fpt) Its jumpy for sure. I had to learn how to feather the petal. When I get on it I can hear those turbos wind......all the comfort also. I think Stallantis will make it happen. I LOVE SPORT TRUCKS AND STELLANTIS DID AND SWEET JOB ON THIS BUILD! BTW this is my first time with a ZF transmission. It shifts smooth when it needs to. When you get on it....it power shifs. Boom Boom Boom. Its soooooo fun!

Fury motors is the only place i will buy cars, also the only place i take my cars fof all service work. Great people great service shout out to Jeff in service department. Great guy. Also Brad in Stillwater is an amazing guy / just wanted to update my post. I had an oil change at the Fury Motors in Stillwater last Monday. There was some issues after the oil change, Heather, and the rest of the crew in the service department were proactive and solve the problem immediately at great expense to them I might add !! This is a very reputable dealership. I won't go anywhere else for a car only to Fury.

I had a 50,000 mile service completed. They've clearly overhauled their service process. Things weren't bad before, but there was much better organization and communication this time. Vehicle check-in was quick. They got the service completed quickly and sent a video showing what they saw in the inspection. Quickly answered a question I had about a recommended service. Kudos on the improvements in the department. Car was done in less than 2 hours.
