I went into Fury Motors knowing which vehicle I wanted, I didn't expect to meet such an amazing team of people. From the moment we stepped into the front door the the moment we drove out in our new vehicle every person we met was professional, genuine and fun to work with. Highly recommend them. The car buying experience is top notch. We’ve bought 3 new vehicles in the last 3 years. The sales people treated us like part of the family. Everything was open and transparent, no back office discussions. The sales managers spoke to us openly and directly. The finance manager was also great to deal with. Again, signing all the paperwork was painless. All the financing details were explained to us in language we could understand. My wife and I are glad we made the decision to go back to Fury Stillwater. The team there made it so we drove away with a smile and a great feeling about our new car, again. My sales representative Jacob was exceptional and handled all of my questions and even helped to answer questions over the phone and via. text while I was considering purchasing this vehicle. I would highly recommend someone asking for him if they’re looking for a new vehicle from this dealership. The sales manager at the dealership, Mikki was also wonderful. The overall experience was the best I have had while purchasing a new vehicle. I will be returning for any future vehicle needs. Jacob and Mikki made this entire experience personal, and followed up with me after purchasing the truck to see how I was liking it and if I had any questions. They have established a long term client by providing such excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota sequoia from the Stillwater location. Luke Schaffhausen was my salesperson. Took the time to explain the process and go over a few of the features of the vehicle. The vehicle was as described as over the phone and there was little to no hassle. Was a very good experience. I was in and out of the dealership within a few hours and on my way home.

I am making this review under my own volition and definitely not reading from a script printed from a dot matrix printer. Blane was phenomenal and did everything in his power to get me the best rates for my financing. Most people don't know but he is also easily top ten karaoke singers in the upper Midwest. Luke made it quick and painless and made sure I asked all the questions I needed to make the right decision for me. He also walked me through everything in the vehicle and helped me set up my phone to my new jeep before I left. Jeep is great guys, thanks a ton

The service department did a great job on my new Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve. I am very picky, and there was a subtle cosmetic issue on the inside of the vehicle. They were careful and meticulous to ensure it was fixed right. It looks great now! Very impressive work!

When our new 2022 Pacifica was T-Boned by a red-light runner and replacement parts were on back order, we needed a used Pacifica for travel plans. Brad at Fury found a 2021 Pacifica in their inventory, got it to Stillwater, and we bought it the next day. Fury worked around the couple days delay we needed to get funds transferred, fixed a couple of small problems, and had us on the road meeting our travel plans. Everyone at Fury seemed to want to help us out. Which is no surprise. We have been buying vehicles from Fury for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed with the assistance we have gotten, from selecting options to taking delivery. Every employee we have encountered at Stillwater Fury go out of their way to help. We especially appreciated Brad, Mikki, Julie, and Nicole.

We recently took ownership of a 2022 Pacifica from Fury, our 7th vehicle from them. We ordered the Pacifica from the factory and Brad, the Fury Sales Rep, was very knowledgeable of options and equipment. He was upfront about factory delivery delays (parts and materials) and kept us informed of factory progress. Vehicle pickup was easy once it arrived, as Fury had everything ready. The trade in of our 2017 was simple and quick. The required paperwork for the sale, trade in, financing and extended warranty went smoothly. Chad did an amazing job helping me purchase my new Jeep! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very attentive. He'd respond to text messages at any hour of the day. I've never purchased a vehicle through Fury but because of Chad, I would definitely do it again! Blaine in finance was also amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately after a little while, there happened to be an issue with the touch screen in the vehicle, and even though I signed off "as is", they fixed the screen at no charge which they absolutely did NOT need to do, but stepped up. I could not be more thankful for their caring attitude; it seemed like a happy customer was much more important than money, which is exactly what I wanted in a dealership. Thank you Chad, Blaine, & team for my new beautiful Jeep!

Here at Fury it will be a great experience, I just got the job to be a detailer not even a month ago and I not only love the job but the people around me in the work environment, we have very skilled employees that will get the job right the first time and not Jack up the price , we have plenty of different vehicles for your liking, we have really nice rentals for when your car is in service and we always like to make our costumers priorities above ours, I love this place and you will to come by and give it a shot!

I went in looking for specific things in a vehicle for my daughter. Billy Neilan not only listened, he had the vehicle we chose, delivered from another location as promised! He went through the vehicle history with me, found that we qualified for a discount ( returning customer), had everything checked, and detailed, including a full tank of gas! The whole process was seamless! Unlike most dealership experience, there was No pressure! He was focused on getting us what we wanted! Shout out to Blaine in the finance department as well! He made sure we got the best possible deal and coverage. There again, there was No pressure to get anything extra! Definitely will be back again!

I have been taking my car to get serviced since 2016 and had excellent service. After the pandemic so many changes happened for so many businesses including Fury Stillwater and I was unsure of the service I would receive with all new faces. Rae was the first person I met. Full of energy, attentive, and very involved with everything that was going on in the service area. First it was just a routine visit of an oil change, then new tires and just recently some major work which worried me a little with all the delay with getting parts and if having a loaner to get me back and forth to work would be an option. To my surprise a loaner was available and she kept me updated on my vehicle, it was done sooner that expected and my car is running great! To Rae and the service tech Allan that worked on my car. Also Brad in Stillwater is an amazing guy / just wanted to update my post. I had an oil change at the Fury Motors in Stillwater last Monday. There was some issues after the oil change, Heather, and the rest of the crew in the service department were proactive and solve the problem immediately at great expense to them I might add !! This is a very reputable dealership. I won't go anywhere else for a car only to Fury.

I had a 50,000 mile service completed. They've clearly overhauled their service process. Things weren't bad before, but there was much better organization and communication this time. Vehicle check-in was quick. They got the service completed quickly and sent a video showing what they saw in the inspection. Quickly answered a question I had about a recommended service. Kudos on the improvements in the department. Car was done in less than 2 hours.

My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out. The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I was interested in trading in my 2018 Jeep Renegade for a 2025 Jeep Compass. I contacted Mikki Morin who is the sales manager. She immediately set me up with Chad Koutek in sales. When I walked in I was greeted by Chad & also by Mikki a short time later. I took the 2025 Jeep Compass for a test drive & Mikki & Chad went with me. When we returned Chad gave me the numbers I needed for the trade in value of my Jeep Renegade. Then he let me know what my monthly payment for the Compass would be. Both Mikki & Chad are very knowledgable, efficient & all around great people. They made me feel very comfortable & took the time to answer all of my questions.
