Outstanding!

Had very good customer service with Chris Hilgers. He followed up on the problem and got the stereo fixed asap.

I just want share my great car buying and service experience at Fury Stillwater. In July I purchased a used Lincoln Aviator from Brad, at the time the rear washer was non functioning. As I also purchased an extended warranty, I just figured I would deal with the washer later using that and moved forward with the purchase. A few weeks later I took it to a Lincoln service center and had them look at the washer along with an oil change. To my chagrin, I was told I had no warranty active in the system. I immediately called Fury Stillwater and spoke to Mikki, and long story short, she immediately went into action mode, and within and hour it was all resolved and my warranty was active and recognized by Lincoln. Sadly though, I was then told my rear washer issue would be 5 hours of labor to resolve, and it was not a covered warranty item. In talking with Mikki about it, she immediately arranged for Fury to do the work free of charge to me. I dropped it off with Chris yesterday, got a brand new Dodge Ram as a loner, and picked it up today after Cyle installed new line front to back. I would definitely recommend Fury Motors simply for their great customer service, Thanks guys!

I had great experiences with the sales department, the finance manager Skyler is a great person to work with and he has great concerns and empathy in helping customers. On the other hand the service department is the opposite, the manager is rude and the department doesn’t take responsibility and accountability for problems when they messed up. Chris is great and I feel sorry for him trying to make customers happy when no one else care. I also agree with a lot of comments from the service department because it happened to me.

Fury scheduled me in late on Wednesday afternoon for drop off Thursday. My problem was found and parts located, repairs made and all issues were taken care of.

Super friendly, advises maintenance needs honestly and with no pressure... just all around easy-going and efficient service. If you have to wait, this place's lounge is great as well, plus anytime there's ever been an issue Fury makes it right! Ask for Nate, HE'S 1ST RATE!

I recently purchased Jeep Wrangler from Stillwater Fury to replace my wife’s 10 year old Jeep. I was pleasantly surprised. 10 years ago I received a much better deal elsewhere. This time they were very competitive. I decided to trade in old Jeep and received more than I thought I would get. Overall I was very happy with the purchase and my wife loves her Jeep.

Not happy that I miss work for one day they did give me a rental vehicle. They figured out the problem with my vehicle my warranty covered everything except the installation parts.

I do have to add that i was under the impression that my extended warranty included undercoating my new vehicle. There were a lot of numbers thrown around and changed to get you to agree to a package. I pointed to the package I wanted with the belief that the undercoating was included. That was the one thing that I wanted. Very disappointed that I was told two days later that it was not included. My wife was there and also believed that the undercoating was included. Make sure at the end you throw all the numbers and scratching out of the way and only look at exactly what you want, what you are getting and the total cost.

They always tell me things I might need to have done not now but in the future AND what to watch for to alert me. They’ve always done great work at reasonable prices. UPDATE 8/11/26 I have had this truck for 1.5 months.....the air ride is so sweet. You drive on the highway you feel no bounce back. This 3.0l v6 HO with the twin turbo took a little to get used to. (540hp 510fpt) Its jumpy for sure. I had to learn how to feather the petal. When I get on it I can hear those turbos wind......all the comfort also. I think Stallantis will make it happen. I LOVE SPORT TRUCKS AND STELLANTIS DID AND SWEET JOB ON THIS BUILD! BTW this is my first time with a ZF transmission. It shifts smooth when it needs to. When you get on it....it power shifs. Boom Boom Boom. Its soooooo fun!

I’m a somewhat difficult customer who doesn’t make instant decisions on a purchase and asks many questions.I stopped back at least five times before I made a final decision.Brad was very patient and not pushy which I very much appreciate. Got my new Ram truck on Saturday and would recommend Brad and Fury Motors to anyone in the market for a Dodge product.

There was some issues after the oil change, Heather, and the rest of the crew in the service department were proactive and solve the problem immediately at great expense to them I might add !! This is a very reputable dealership. I won't go anywhere else for a car only to Fury.
