Rae did a great job ! We didn’t have an appointment for check engine light on so we weren’t expecting to get in same day but she made it work was able to tell us what was going on in and understandable way and was able to get us back on the road right away. Great communication and supper friendly. Highly recommend going to see Rae in service.

Everyone at Fury Motors in Stillwater treated me like I was part of their family. Very wonderful people to work with should I should I have a need for another new car I will certainly stop at Fury Motors. And a very special thanks to three wonderful people Mikki, Jac and Blaine Jan. 2024 just had my 23 Durango serviced at Fury/Stillwater l again was amazed at the kindness and professionalism of the service department. Peter Saunders the service writer and Dave Bennett the mechanic, very nice people to talk to for serious resolution. I was in for an oil change and Dave noticed an issue with the front tire. It was decided to do an alignment. All is well now. Good job Pete and Dave, good job Fury Motors Stillwater!

The price of cars these days is nothing short of crazy, and when I am spending that kind of money, I am very picky. Picky about color, picky about features, and very picky about what I will pay. If they don't have exactly what I am looking for, they will find it for me. I am never in a hurry to buy something, which keeps everything less stressful and allows them to find me what I want. Outstanding customer service that went above and beyond. Mikki is an unbelievable treasure to get things done and worked diligently with Chad to get me the car I wanted that sold on the showroom floor before I could get to inquire in less than 24 hours. The care and concern for me to get exactly the car was evident and within a week they got it done and gave me the great news they had one for me. Rest assured that they will take care of what’s needed and work to get it done as they treated me like a family member and wanted me to get what I wanted. If I could give more stars I would. first off let me start out by saying that fury motors is an awesome dealership, John my sales person was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was looking for a truck for some time and went to multiple dealers around the twin cities. I was having one bad experience after another. I expressed this to John that people were treating me very poorly and did not care about me trying to purchase a truck, and very very rude. John was very understanding and reassured me that fury motors and him would not treat a potential customer like that. John was a very nice and knowledgeable sale associate. after test driving the truck and started to purchase it John made me feel comfortable and the sales manager also helped me a little on my trade in which other dealers didn't even want to talk to me about my trade in at all and they did not even see it. So to John and your sales manager thank you so much for getting me into the truck of my dreams. If anyone needs a vehicle JOHN is your guy. also am referring this dealership to all of my friends!

I have been coming here for service for a few years now and always have a great experience. The prices are cheap compared to the non dealership service joints and actually the parts quality is better than those places too. The service people take their time and listen to your concerns. The techs are remarkable as well and will let you know if anything of concern is needed to be looked into. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't done so already.

I want to say a bit THANK YOU to everyone at Fury Motors of Stillwater for the wonderful service. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. Coming into Fury I was immediately greeted by Julia with a smile asking how she could help me. John Affolter was the sales person I worked with and he was extremely kind, patient and easy to work with. I was able to drive out with the vehicle I wanted that night. The next day I had to drop a couple of pieces of paper off and everyone that I worked with greeted me like we had know each other forever. Heather in service called me that morning to schedule getting a second key made for me and they were able to fit me in while I was dropping off the paperwork! After buying vehicles from numerous other dealerships and not liking the experience I was hesitant to even work with another dealership, But Fury Motors of Stillwater was easy, efficient, kind and I am very happy with my purchase. Great experience at Fury Motors in Stillwater! Tom, Mickey, and the entire team went above and beyond t assist my family at a difficult time. My 85 year old father no longer able to drive had a like new 2021 HD Ram Hemi to get rid of. We met with Tom and an extremely fair offer was agreed upon in about 25 minutes and I was on my way. Fury took care of satisfying the loan and picked up a check the next day for my dad. Very sympathetic to our situation and made it all as easy as possible, even got a hug or 2❤️. We were traveling from Michigan and our new jeep sent us a warning we needed an oil change. The technician quickly found the problem, resolved it and helped explain to me the source. I’m happy also with Nicole, Service Advisor. She was professional, and had excellent communication. This is our 7th purchase of a van from Fury. In all of the previous purchases we never got to meet or speak to the sales manager. This time John introduced us to sales manager Mikky. At the end of our discussion of purchasing another van we said “no it’s not in our budgeted amount”. Later that same week Mikky called us with another offer. After more discussions with Mikky a purchase was worked out to fit our budget. Many thanks to Mikky and John for helping us purchase the Pacifica. We are adjusting to its Town and Country differences and thoroughly enjoying it

Worked with Bassel Nassar who did a great job in helping me get in and out as quickly and possible with an amazing truck. He went the extra mile in explaining features and options. The next day he called me to see how things were going with the new truck and arranged for me to get the old truck I traded in squared away with service. Also Brad in Stillwater is an amazing guy / just wanted to update my post. I had an oil change at the Fury Motors in Stillwater last Monday. There was some issues after the oil change, Heather, and the rest of the crew in the service department were proactive and solve the problem immediately at great expense to them I might add !! This is a very reputable dealership. I won't go anywhere else for a car only to Fury.

I had a 50,000 mile service completed. They've clearly overhauled their service process. Things weren't bad before, but there was much better organization and communication this time. Vehicle check-in was quick. They got the service completed quickly and sent a video showing what they saw in the inspection. Quickly answered a question I had about a recommended service. Kudos on the improvements in the department. Car was done in less than 2 hours.

My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out. The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I was interested in trading in my 2018 Jeep Renegade for a 2025 Jeep Compass. I contacted Mikki Morin who is the sales manager. She immediately set me up with Chad Koutek in sales. When I walked in I was greeted by Chad & also by Mikki a short time later. I took the 2025 Jeep Compass for a test drive & Mikki & Chad went with me. When we returned Chad gave me the numbers I needed for the trade in value of my Jeep Renegade. Then he let me know what my monthly payment for the Compass would be. Both Mikki & Chad are very knowledgable, efficient & all around great people. They made me feel very comfortable & took the time to answer all of my questions.
