My husband and I went to Dodge Fury to buy a truck, we walked into the building and was met with a very friendly receptionist who found us a sales person. We had a truck in mind and he took us for a ride and answered all our questions. We got back to talk business and we were met with another sales person and found out that it was his 1st day and she would be helping him. The managers and financial person were very helpful and friendly. It was good to see the management take the time to talk everything through with newer sales people. And we walk out with a Dodge Ram 1500 and it was his first sale on his first day. Thank you everyone at Fury for making us feel comfortable. Have a nice summer!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Ram Limited from Fury with RamBox as one of the options. During the closing process I discovered that I would have some difficulty and additional expense in order to add an aftermarket topper to the truck bed. I adjusted my expectations and resolved to proceed. One day later, I learned that the topper would be even more expensive than first thought. In addition, there were some misunderstandings on the truck price and mileage that caused me to feel a bit uneasy about the whole purchase. I contacted Brad in sales who helped me with the initial purchase and told him I had misgivings about the purchase and would like to return the truck and purchase one without the RamBox option so that I could get the aftermarket topper I wanted and resolve the other price and mileage issues that made the first truck purchase no feel right. Brad responded immediately with a reply to engage management and finance to make things right and assured me that my concerns would be resolved. Jeff in finance, was patient and understanding and got to work on making the purchase/return process work flawlessly. Fury stressed the importance of my satisfaction and didn’t blink while resolving my concerns and I drove away in a truck that really meets my needs and allowed me to feel happy and extremely satisfied. The point I want to stress is that Brad, Jeff and Fury management knows and practices customer satisfaction. A vehicle sale isn’t just about the price, or the vehicle itself. It’s about initial contact, conversation, listening, understanding, communication and satisfaction. They get it when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. I doubt any other dealership would have addressed my issues without a single negative word or reaction to my requests. It was handled flawlessly and I very happy I chose Fury to make this purchase!

This was my first time buying a car and I would never choose another dealership after meeting Chad Koutek and Mikki Morin. They were patient with my questions and provided invaluable assistance in choosing my first vehicle, pictured below as a 2021 Ford Escape. I drove it home and Fury Motors cleaned it up to look fantastic! I would recommend Fury Motors to any of my friends specifically because of how great Chad and Mikki were to me during the whole process. Wouldn't dream of going to another dealership after meeting these two!

Just purchased a Ram truck from Fury Motors in Stillwater, MN. The sales person, Matthew Yuoub, was absolutely a pleasure to do business with, went out of his way to do things directly on my behalf. Stepped up through the process and was there to answer and take care of any little issues. Had a small glitch that needed attention on Saturday, Matthew stepped up again and within 1 hour I was out the door with the issue resolved. I highly recommend Matthew, he will go out of his way to make sure your buying experience goes smoothly and professionally. Btw, I love my new truck! The whole experience went very well.

I cannot say enough good things about the whole team at Fury Motors. From start to finish I had nothing but great interactions with each member of the team I worked with. I purchased a Jeep from out of state and it is the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Chad, my sales guy, went above and beyond to get me detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle I would go on to purchase and his communication was excellent. As soon as I got Chad on the phone, I knew I was going to have a good experience. I have purchased multiple vehicles from out of state and this process put every other buying experience to shame. I flew in to see, drive, and purchase the vehicle and they made each step foolproof. Chad and his manager, Mikki, made sure to get my flight numbers and travel information to be sure I had a ride to and from the airport and had everything I needed for a seamless trip and transaction. Dave, who picked me up and dropped me off, was as friendly and helpful as could be. Once I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was even better than I had expected, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Since I am out of state, they even helped me with transportation for the vehicle to my home. All in all, from the pre-sale, buying process, and the post-sale follow up this experience has truly set the bar.

We LOVE Fury Motors! Our company uses Fury for all of our vehicles at DENALI Custom Homes and personal vehicles as well! We recently purchased a new Jeep Compass for our daughter's 16th Birthday and they were amazing to work with! The car was delivered at no cost to our home from Stillwater to Lake Minnetonka. Mikki stayed in close contact with us and made everything so special for the surprise, right down to a big bow and all kinds of pink birthday decorations on the inside, including a beautiful mini cake. We have used them for years and consider them family. Highly recommend for a stress free and enjoyable car buying experience!

This was my first experience with Fury Stillwater and was very pleased with the purchasing process. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and initially made my contact via the internet. I interacted with Chad from Sales...he was responsive and kept in contact without being pushy, and there were no "surprises". Best people and dealership around! Have worked with them getting us into a Jeep, then with some routine maintenance and also a dead battery where THEY came to the rescue to help us!! I have to say that my experience with their service department has been great so far. First time I took my vehicle in for routine service was great back in November. I was coming up on my next service and started having an steering issue the same day my JL rolled over 36k. Nicole took her time to listen to my issue on a Saturday when I stopped in and told me there was a blocked time Thursday for me to come in during the week. Then when I came in Thursday for an express service and to have them inspect the issue i was having and Pete found me the part, as it was not on hand at their location, and had it all fixed under 2 hours. Exceptional!

Our salesman, Jacob Sellman, went above and beyond for us. We were upgrading to a Wrangler 4xe from a regular gas Wrangler without a huge budget increase available to us. We had certain needs that seemed too much to ask, but Jacob and his team were so patient helping us find the right Jeep, understanding our needs and willing to help us meet our goals without worrying about increasing the benefit to themselves. These are the kind of experiences that are missing in the world of CarGurus and CarMax: a mutually beneficial honest relationship with a salesman and dealership. And a very special thanks to three wonderful people Mikki, Jac and Blaine Jan. 2024 just had my 23 Durango serviced at Fury/Stillwater l again was amazed at the kindness and professionalism of the service department. Peter Saunders the service writer and Dave Bennett the mechanic, very nice people to talk to for serious resolution. I was in for an oil change and Dave noticed an issue with the front tire. If I could give more stars I would. first off let me start out by saying that fury motors is an awesome dealership, John my sales person was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was looking for a truck for some time and went to multiple dealers around the twin cities. I was having one bad experience after another. I expressed this to John that people were treating me very poorly and did not care about me trying to purchase a truck, and very very rude. John was very understanding and reassured me that fury motors and him would not treat a potential customer like that. John was a very nice and knowledgeable sale associate. after test driving the truck and started to purchase it John made me feel comfortable and the sales manager also helped me a little on my trade in which other dealers didn't even want to talk to me about my trade in at all and they did not even see it. So to John and your sales manager thank you so much for getting me into the truck of my dreams. If anyone needs a vehicle JOHN is your guy. also am referring this dealership to all of my friends!

My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out. The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I was interested in trading in my 2018 Jeep Renegade for a 2025 Jeep Compass. I contacted Mikki Morin who is the sales manager. She immediately set me up with Chad Koutek in sales. When I walked in I was greeted by Chad & also by Mikki a short time later. I took the 2025 Jeep Compass for a test drive & Mikki & Chad went with me. When we returned Chad gave me the numbers I needed for the trade in value of my Jeep Renegade. Then he let me know what my monthly payment for the Compass would be. Both Mikki & Chad are very knowledgable, efficient & all around great people. They made me feel very comfortable & took the time to answer all of my questions. I’m so grateful for all the work Fury Motors Stillwater team did on my 2019 Ram. My extended warranty was about to expire so I took it in to work on my tailgate. They inspected my truck from top to bottom and found additional issues that were still under warranty, they work with my policy holder to approve all repairs. This saved me over $8000.
