Fury motors is the only place i will buy cars, also the only place i take my cars fof all service work. Great people great service shout out to Jeff in service department. Great guy. Also Brad in Stillwater is an amazing guy / just wanted to update my post. I had an oil change at the Fury Motors in Stillwater last Monday. There was some issues after the oil change, Heather, and the rest of the crew in the service department were proactive and solve the problem immediately at great expense to them I might add !! This is a very reputable dealership. I won't go anywhere else for a car only to Fury.

I had a 50,000 mile service completed. They've clearly overhauled their service process. Things weren't bad before, but there was much better organization and communication this time. Vehicle check-in was quick. They got the service completed quickly and sent a video showing what they saw in the inspection. Quickly answered a question I had about a recommended service. Kudos on the improvements in the department. Car was done in less than 2 hours.

My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out. The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I was interested in trading in my 2018 Jeep Renegade for a 2025 Jeep Compass. I contacted Mikki Morin who is the sales manager. She immediately set me up with Chad Koutek in sales. When I walked in I was greeted by Chad & also by Mikki a short time later. I took the 2025 Jeep Compass for a test drive & Mikki & Chad went with me. When we returned Chad gave me the numbers I needed for the trade in value of my Jeep Renegade. Then he let me know what my monthly payment for the Compass would be. Both Mikki & Chad are very knowledgable, efficient & all around great people. They made me feel very comfortable & took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire buying process was extremely pleasant. Michael my sales person was amazing, he listened to what I was looking for, took the time to show me what I wanted plus a few other options to compare the differences. Once I picked out the truck I wanted the buying process was very simple. I had a price range I was looking to stay within and the sales manager Skyler was able to work the numbers to reach my price range. Jeff the finance manager had all my paper work organized and ready for me to sign. Buying my truck from these guys was a great experience and you’d be crazy to buy from another dealership.

Shane is the best! I can’t recommend him or Fury more. He was great about communication and giving me updates so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I don’t know a lot about cars so he also took the time to explain things to me. My Grand Cherokee overheated and he was great about helping me prioritize what work needed to be done now and what could wait until a later date since I ended up with a larger bill than I could afford at this time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just try to get as much money out of me as he could. It was clear that he truly cared about giving great service which is exactly what he delivered. Just thought I'd leave a five star review for this dealership! I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500, and would easily purchase from them again! I had a smooth experience with sales, financing, management, and service department! A couple of days After purchasing the truck, i discovered a noise in the front end while driving on the interstate, (which I did not catch on a test drive as the interstate is not close), I brought it in, They discovered the issue and generously repaired my pick up at no cost! I normally go to the Saint Paul location but any time I call / go to the service department they are so cold and rude. I called the Stillwater location and immediately was met with a kind tone and flexibility to get me into the schedule. I worked with Tucker at the Stillwater location and he was fantastic! It wasn't that "conveyor belt" experience, where you get passed down the line, like other places. Last, but not least, the service department is very friendly, helpful, and a joy to deal with! What a great experience. Wyatt in sales really helped talk me through selection of a car and the best REAL cocktail bar in Stillwater. Newsflash, it's LOLO's. Jeff walked me through all the financing and also introduced me into an Eminem song I have never heard. One of the managers, Skyler, helped facilitate everything and really sealed the deal for me. I haven't purchased a new car since the pandemic and boy did everyone just feel so genuine during the experience.

I have previously bought a new Ram 1500 from Fury Stillwater and had a great experience with the staff and organization as a whole. That's why recently when my wife wanted her first brand new vehicle there was only one organization that I turned to and that was Stillwater Fury. They are top notch from the top down. This includes the facility, which is beautiful, the managers, the sales people, the finance department, the service workers, and the mechanics. They are what you want to see when you are spending a lot of money and they go the extra mile to make sure that your experience is top notch from the beginning to the end. I ended up driving that 1500 for 160k and they took care of me the whole time. It's like a family and it's so nice to walk into a place and they say your name before you even have to tell them. The service department was always straight forward and told you what the best option is, not what makes them the most money. Honestly, from the top down, probably the best dealership in the Twin Cities and we'll keep coming here in the future because of it. Thank you Stillwater Fury, keep being great and we'll see you plenty more in the future!
