My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out. The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I would like to give a shout out Heather Schmidt and Allan Fries in Service. They were spot on getting my 2022 Ram fixed. Previous dealer would not fix it under warranty. They got it in and replaced MGU fast and got my truck back to me quickly. Excellent customer service and repair.

I was interested in trading in my 2018 Jeep Renegade for a 2025 Jeep Compass. I contacted Mikki Morin who is the sales manager. She immediately set me up with Chad Koutek in sales. When I walked in I was greeted by Chad & also by Mikki a short time later. I took the 2025 Jeep Compass for a test drive & Mikki & Chad went with me. When we returned Chad gave me the numbers I needed for the trade in value of my Jeep Renegade. Then he let me know what my monthly payment for the Compass would be. Both Mikki & Chad are very knowledgable, efficient & all around great people. They made me feel very comfortable & took the time to answer all of my questions. The whole process took a little over an hour & I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Mikki Morin at Fury Motors in Stillwater. I’m so grateful for all the work Fury Motors Stillwater team did on my 2019 Ram. My extended warranty was about to expire so I took it in to work on my tailgate. They inspected my truck from top to bottom and found additional issues that were still under warranty, they work with my policy holder to approve all repairs. This saved me over $8000. Recently bought a 2025 Grand Cherokee from Fury Motos in Stillwater. Our sales representative, Wyatt, was very knowledgeable and we received excellent assistance buying our new automobile. The credit process was easy and handled by Jeff very professionally. Once the Grand Cherokee was ready for delivery, Wyatt spent lots of time with us going over all of the features of the vehicle to make sure we knew all we needed to know. What a great experience. Wyatt in sales really helped talk me through selection of a car and the best REAL cocktail bar in Stillwater. Newsflash, it's LOLO's. Jeff walked me through all the financing and also introduced me into an Eminem song I have never heard. One of the managers, Skyler, helped facilitate everything and really sealed the deal for me. I haven't purchased a new car since the pandemic and boy did everyone just feel so genuine during the experience.

I was having many issues with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. Both Chad with service, and Mikki the sales manager worked hard to deal with Stellantis on my behalf to make things right, and go above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I appreciate the accountability you took which is very professional and definitely earned a new customer as this is my first time here. I have previously bought a new Ram 1500 from Fury Stillwater and had a great experience with the staff and organization as a whole. That's why recently when my wife wanted her first brand new vehicle there was only one organization that I turned to and that was Stillwater Fury. They are top notch from the top down. This includes the facility, which is beautiful, the managers, the sales people, the finance department, the service workers, and the mechanics. They are what you want to see when you are spending a lot of money and they go the extra mile to make sure that your experience is top notch from the beginning to the end. I ended up driving that 1500 for 160k and they took care of me the whole time. It's like a family and it's so nice to walk into a place and they say your name before you even have to tell them. The service department was always straight forward and told you what the best option is, not what makes them the most money. Honestly, from the top down, probably the best dealership in the Twin Cities and we'll keep coming here in the future because of it. Thank you Stillwater Fury, keep being great and we'll see you plenty more in the future!

My recent stop at Fury Motors Stillwater, Service Department was amazing. Rae Larson was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She helped me get my service questions answered and fulfilled all the things necessary. There were some things that came up that I added on, and Rae cheerfully took care of these items. This was my first visit to the service department and everyone was outstanding, even the behind the scenes staff that I didn't get to meet. This location and staff are superb. I am so happy with Fury Motors Stillwater, the staff is wonderful.

I brought my truck into this service department and was NOT disappointed! They were communicative and kept me up to date every step of the way. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jenna Suchy and I have to tell you they were AMAZING to work with. There was a problem with the warranty company getting their side figured out. Jenna stayed on them and got all the repairs done right in time for my holiday travel plans!! Jenna is a true example of customer service and kindness!

After searching for weeks helping my son find a good used Grand Cherokee found one at Fury Motors Stillwater - he wanted it to have a bunch of stuff on it low miles and one owner . Bingo they had exactly what he was looking for . After talking to the sales person Mikki she answered all my questions and said she could have it moved to their So. St. Paul location within a few hours to make it easier for my son to get to, and told him to see down there and did a test drive. He LOVED it and brought it same day ! I brought my 2017 renegade in for an oil change. Upon inspecting the vehicle my technician found the swaybar and righthand brake caliper had destroyed the rotor.it did take a few days to get a jeep brand caliper ..but they did a great job..Raeanne Larson even test drove it with me..she is a Rockstar!!!I feel like they saved my life as I was.used to the swaybar and brakes as they were much improved now .they also did a fuel system cleanup and man I've got a lot more pep.!THANKS AGAIN RAEANNE!!

I've had my new Jeep for 3 weeks now and everything has been perfect. Loved my old Jeep, but with high milage it needed a large investment to keep it going. Made an appointment with Fury Motors to looks at new Jeeps to decide whether to invest in my existing Jeep or move into a new one. The sales person met me at the door with Jeeps to look at and made the decision for a new Jeep easy. They were able to quickly evaluate my Jeep and offer a reasonable trade in. Options, financing and paperwork we taken care of smoothly and I left in my new Jeep within a few hours. Couldn't be more happy
