My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out.
The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future.
Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I was interested in trading in my 2018 Jeep Renegade for a 2025 Jeep Compass. I contacted Mikki Morin who is the sales manager. She immediately set me up with Chad Koutek in sales. When I walked in I was greeted by Chad & also by Mikki a short time later. I took the 2025 Jeep Compass for a test drive & Mikki & Chad went with me. When we returned Chad gave me the numbers I needed for the trade in value of my Jeep Renegade. Then he let me know what my monthly payment for the Compass would be. I’m so grateful for all the work Fury Motors Stillwater team did on my 2019 Ram. My extended warranty was about to expire so I took it in to work on my tailgate. They inspected my truck from top to bottom and found additional issues that were still under warranty, they work with my policy holder to approve all repairs. This saved me over $8000.

I brought my 2016 Ram 1500 into Fury Motors in Stillwater for a check engine light, and the team quickly diagnosed it as an oil pump sensor warning. I was relieved to learn my extended warranty would cover the repair, even though it required underwriter review first. While that delay was out of Fury’s control, Hannia (my service advisor) handled everything incredibly well. She arranged a ride home for me, clearly explained the process, and was patient and understanding when I was disappointed about the warranty review timeline.
The team not only repaired the original issue but also completed some much-needed brake work. Even better, I got my truck back by Saturday when I was fully expecting it to be Monday — a huge plus.
I also want to thank the service technician for the quality repairs and Vinny for the follow-up (I still owe you a call back — thank you for checking in).
The entire group at Fury Motors is stellar. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of service. Highly recommend. -Tim (and Tara)

Fury is a great place to take your car for repairs. They research your warranty to see if the repairs will be covered. They follow up and keep you informed on the progress of your repair. They also offered shuttle service so you don’t have to wait for hours in their waiting room. Shay my advisor, is super nice to work with. He keeps you informed and explains what needs to be done to fix your vehicle. I would recommend working with him, and I give him five stars.

I like the convenience of the quick lane when I need preventative maintenance done. Like everyone else my schedule gets hectic. I can pull right in at Fury in Stillwater and be out of there in an hour or so. I found a minivan on Carfax with no photos.
No photos usually means one of three things:
1. it’s haunted
2. it’s held together by hope and zip ties
3. it doesn’t exist and I hallucinated it after too much coffee and adulthood
Normally I’d move on with my life. But this wasn’t a casual search. This was a “our vehicle just got totaled by another driver and we actually need a replacement” situation.
So I called Fury Motors in Stillwater expecting the usual dealership routine: vague answers, fake laughs, and the sound of someone “checking with their manager” in another dimension.
Instead, I got Michael.
Michael told me the truth. Wild concept. They’d just taken the van in on trade. It hadn’t gone through their full cleanup and inspection yet. No smoke. No mirrors. No “it’ll be ready in 20 minutes” lie. Just: here’s where it’s at.
Michael asked me to call again the next morning to see if he’d been able to get the crew to take a look at it. I called. He answered. He wasn’t stalling or buying time. He was already working with the team to get the van cleaned up enough so we could actually see it. Before noon, my wife and I were test-driving it.
The van was perfect for our family.
The price was… aspirational.
This is usually where dealerships turn into a hostage negotiation and you’re the hostage who’s supposed to say thank you.
Not here.
Michael negotiated like a normal human adult. Straightforward. Fair. No pressure theater. We landed on a price that actually worked for everyone, which felt so unfamiliar I half-expected Ashton Kutcher to jump out yelling “YOU’VE BEEN PUNK’D!”
Which would’ve been especially weird in 2026, given… everything. Though, in these desperate times, I suppose anything is possible.
I’ve basically stopped going to dealerships because I’ve had too many bad experiences. Michael proved there are still a few good ones out there, quietly doing their jobs without turning it into a psychological obstacle course.
Fury Motors treated us like people, moved fast, and got us into a vehicle when we genuinely needed it.
Five stars for Michael. Five stars for not being weird. Five stars for restoring a tiny piece of my faith in car buying, which I did not expect to happen in this decade.
And in case you can’t tell from the photo, I obviously misunderstood what “midlife crisis” was supposed to look like.

Hi neighbors! I think I initially posted this on an email account that was linked to Stillwater schools, so it didn’t actually post. If anybody is looking for a 2025 Ram 2500 with a ton of options and like new mileage, ask for Alex Harp. Look online as they have less than 10 of them left, but got one today and walking out with instant equity, even after all of the other cost (optional extended warranty, accessories, etc.) besides the advertised cost of the vehicle! They got a deal based on some hail damage and have fixed everything and there is a clean title and it is not labeled as a rebuild title. So the truck I got today had less than 40 miles on it, and 2025!! Just minor hail damage that the dealership was able to get and fix, and pass along the discount to us! Alex was straightforward and clear about the numbers, and there were no surprises! He also took the time to understand the towing capacity I needed and maximum payload, looked up the information and printed the vehicle’s capability. Also, their finance portion of the deal completed by Jeff McCorkle was amazing! He truly is a genuine spirit, and the conversation was based on human experience and not in relation to the current sale, or to serve as a distraction. I can tell when someone is just being nice, and when they are just a really great human being!
Update: after driving the truck a couple hundred miles, I towed for the first time. I upgraded to a truck with more towing capacity as my last one was struggling, and boy did it deliver! I almost forgot I was towing something and didn’t start slowing down further in advance before turning into my cul-de-sac

Just thought I'd leave a five star review for this dealership! I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500, and would easily purchase from them again! I had a smooth experience with sales, financing, management, and service department! A couple of days After purchasing the truck, i discovered a noise in the front end while driving on the interstate, (which I did not catch on a test drive as the interstate is not close), I brought it in, They discovered the issue and generously repaired my pick up at no cost! Me and my wife worked with Scott(salesman)and Jamie(manager) admitted we had a bit of miscommunication over the phone initially. But cooler heads prevailed, both Jamie and Scott were very pleasant to work with. Most of are dealings were with Scott. Scott was the opposit of everything I don't like about salesmen. He was never pushy or overstepped,he allowed me and my wife time to make a decision, he was knowledgeable and kept us company while we waited for paperwork to process. The entire buying process was extremely pleasant. Michael my sales person was amazing, he listened to what I was looking for, took the time to show me what I wanted plus a few other options to compare the differences. Once I picked out the truck I wanted the buying process was very simple. Shane is the best! I can’t recommend him or Fury more. He was great about communication and giving me updates so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I don’t know a lot about cars so he also took the time to explain things to me. My Grand Cherokee overheated and he was great about helping me prioritize what work needed to be done now and what could wait until a later date since I ended up with a larger bill than I could afford at this time. I normally go to the Saint Paul location but any time I call / go to the service department they are so cold and rude.
