I was shown my dirty engine filter and they offered to change it for me. My car only has a little over 11 000 miles on it, and it is 7 years old This was pointed out to me before but at that time I declined to change it. I am pleased that Fury Stillwater is so thorough inspecting the vehicle. The dealership also recommended a front end alignment, which I will have done at a later date They didn't get snippy or insistent about The front end alignment at all. They were Very friendly and understanding that I could come back at another time to have The alignment done. Dealership was also very fast and efficient in getting all three tasks done In only an hour and a half.

UPDATE 8/11/26 I have had this truck for 1.5 months.....the air ride is so sweet. You drive on the highway you feel no bounce back. This 3.0l v6 HO with the twin turbo took a little to get used to. (540hp 510fpt) Its jumpy for sure. I had to learn how to feather the petal. When I get on it I can hear those turbos wind......all the comfort also. I think Stallantis will make it happen. I LOVE SPORT TRUCKS AND STELLANTIS DID AND SWEET JOB ON THIS BUILD! BTW this is my first time with a ZF transmission. It shifts smooth when it needs to. When you get on it....it power shifs. Boom Boom Boom. Its soooooo fun!

My mother and I brought her 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and a recall chip replacement. We also agreed to have an alignment done if one was needed, but specifically refused to have an Air Fuel Induction service performed, as it was only supposed to increase fuel efficiency, which is already great. We signed for the services and left our car with them for the day. We picked it up that evening to find that they had completed the requested services, but unfortunately had added the Air Fuel Induction we initially refused, along with a substantial related labor charge. Obviously frustrated by the inclusion, we talked to the sales manager, as the service manager had already gone home for the weekend, and let him know what happened. He told us the service manager would be calling us the following Monday to get it figured out. The service manager, David, called us on Monday and we explained to him what had happened. He was very polite and offered to remove the Air Fuel Induction service from the bill, even though we had unknowingly signed to have the service performed. We were both shocked and elated that he did that for us, as we had only hoped to express our frustration and prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Thanks, Fury Motors Stillwater, and special thanks to the service manager, David! We will happily return for any and all routine maintenance for our Jeep Renegade.

I’m so grateful for all the work Fury Motors Stillwater team did on my 2019 Ram. My extended warranty was about to expire so I took it in to work on my tailgate. They inspected my truck from top to bottom and found additional issues that were still under warranty, they work with my policy holder to approve all repairs. This saved me over $8000. Fury Motors Stillwater is the only place I will ever go to for repairs! Special thanks to Heather at the service desk and the technician who worked on my truck!

Fury is a great place to take your car for repairs. They research your warranty to see if the repairs will be covered. They follow up and keep you informed on the progress of your repair. They also offered shuttle service so you don’t have to wait for hours in their waiting room. Shay my advisor, is super nice to work with. He keeps you informed and explains what needs to be done to fix your vehicle. I would recommend working with him, and I give him five stars.

Today's service was great. Came in a little earlier than my appointment and was taken care of right away. I will say making an appointment was a bit more challenging then it should've been.

Purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee in mid October and absolutely love this thing. Still have to try the remote start yet but, loving it. Service was impeccable. I was able to go in and leave in 3 to 4 hours! In the past it took all day. I will definitely come back in the future and recommend Fury!!

Taking extra care to cover both states tax and filing requires and to work around my schedule as I had to travel in.
