Shane is the best! I can’t recommend him or Fury more. He was great about communication and giving me updates so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I don’t know a lot about cars so he also took the time to explain things to me. My Grand Cherokee overheated and he was great about helping me prioritize what work needed to be done now and what could wait until a later date since I ended up with a larger bill than I could afford at this time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just try to get as much money out of me as he could. It was clear that he truly cared about giving great service which is exactly what he delivered.
