I met with Chad on a couple of occasions and we worked through details very easily and after a second meeting, I left driving a brand new 2026 Wrangler. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team at Fury Motors. From start to finish I had nothing but great interactions with each member of the team I worked with. I purchased a Jeep from out of state and it is the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Chad, my sales guy, went above and beyond to get me detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle I would go on to purchase and his communication was excellent. As soon as I got Chad on the phone, I knew I was going to have a good experience. I have purchased multiple vehicles from out of state and this process put every other buying experience to shame. I flew in to see, drive, and purchase the vehicle and they made each step foolproof. Chad and his manager, Mikki, made sure to get my flight numbers and travel information to be sure I had a ride to and from the airport and had everything I needed for a seamless trip and transaction. Dave, who picked me up and dropped me off, was as friendly and helpful as could be. Once I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was even better than I had expected, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Since I am out of state, they even helped me with transportation for the vehicle to my home. All in all, from the pre-sale, buying process, and the post-sale follow up this experience has truly set the bar.

Chad did an amazing job helping me purchase my new Jeep! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very attentive. He'd respond to text messages at any hour of the day. I've never purchased a vehicle through Fury but because of Chad, I would definitely do it again! Blaine in finance was also amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately after a little while, there happened to be an issue with the touch screen in the vehicle, and even though I signed off "as is", they fixed the screen at no charge which they absolutely did NOT need to do, but stepped up. I could not be more thankful for their caring attitude; it seemed like a happy customer was much more important than money, which is exactly what I wanted in a dealership.
