I must say that I’m very impressed by how service manager Brad handled my concern when I brought up an issue that my Jeep had. I appreciate the accountability you took which is very professional and definitely earned a new customer as this is my first time here. I had a great experience buying a new vehicle. Brad and Micky put together what was needed to get the deal done and were responsive along the way as questions came up!

I recently purchased a 2024 Ram Limited from Fury with RamBox as one of the options. During the closing process I discovered that I would have some difficulty and additional expense in order to add an aftermarket topper to the truck bed. I adjusted my expectations and resolved to proceed. One day later, I learned that the topper would be even more expensive than first thought. In addition, there were some misunderstandings on the truck price and mileage that caused me to feel a bit uneasy about the whole purchase. I contacted Brad in sales who helped me with the initial purchase and told him I had misgivings about the purchase and would like to return the truck and purchase one without the RamBox option so that I could get the aftermarket topper I wanted and resolve the other price and mileage issues that made the first truck purchase no feel right. Brad responded immediately with a reply to engage management and finance to make things right and assured me that my concerns would be resolved. Jeff in finance, was patient and understanding and got to work on making the purchase/return process work flawlessly. Fury stressed the importance of my satisfaction and didn’t blink while resolving my concerns and I drove away in a truck that really meets my needs and allowed me to feel happy and extremely satisfied. The point I want to stress is that Brad, Jeff and Fury management knows and practices customer satisfaction. A vehicle sale isn’t just about the price, or the vehicle itself. It’s about initial contact, conversation, listening, understanding, communication and satisfaction. They get it when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. I doubt any other dealership would have addressed my issues without a single negative word or reaction to my requests. It was handled flawlessly and I very happy I chose Fury to make this purchase!

When our new 2022 Pacifica was T-Boned by a red-light runner and replacement parts were on back order, we needed a used Pacifica for travel plans. Brad at Fury found a 2021 Pacifica in their inventory, got it to Stillwater, and we bought it the next day. Fury worked around the couple days delay we needed to get funds transferred, fixed a couple of small problems, and had us on the road meeting our travel plans. Everyone at Fury seemed to want to help us out. Which is no surprise. We have been buying vehicles from Fury for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed with the assistance we have gotten, from selecting options to taking delivery.
